RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumers)
Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumers)Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by contacting:

Where the right to cancel is exercised within the 14-day period, we will refund the price paid for the goods and the standard delivery cost (if applicable). Any upgraded or express delivery charges are non-refundable.

The return address is different from the business correspondence address displayed on the website.
The correct return address will be provided by email after you notify us of your intention to return the item.
Items sent to the business correspondence address will not be accepted or processed.

3. Condition of Returned Items

Free from damage beyond reasonable inspection
We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the value of the goods has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

4. Return Costs
Unless the item is faulty or not as described, customers are responsible for return postage costs. If you exercise your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, we will refund the standard delivery cost. Any upgraded delivery services are non-refundable.We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
Faults must be reported within a reasonable time of discovery. We recommend contacting us within 48 hours of delivery if damage is visible on arrival. We reserve the right to refuse claims where there is clear evidence of misuse, excessive wear, accidental damage, or fraudulent activity.

6. Wear & Material Information
Product materials are clearly stated in each product description.
Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to:
Fading of decorative finishes
Minor scratches
Discolouration due to water, perfumes, chemicals, or skin chemistry
does not constitute a manufacturing fault.

7. Jewellery Integrity
By its nature, jewellery is delicate. Settings may loosen and chains may break if snagged, subjected to excessive tension, dropped on hard surfaces, or exposed to improper care.Such incidents are generally considered accidental damage or normal wear and tear and do not constitute a manufacturing fault. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
8. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless faulty:
Earrings
Custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

9. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.
