To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the purchase price of the goods concerned.We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or business losses.

NASTINE jewellery may contain small components which could pose a choking hazard. Our products are not toys and are not intended for children. They should be kept out of reach of infants and young children .Where children may come into contact with jewellery or accessories, appropriate adult supervision is strongly recommended. As fashion accessories, our products are not designed for high-impact activities, sports, heavy manual labour, or excessive force. We are not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse, improper handling, lack of supervision, accidental damage, or use contrary to the intended purpose of the product. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable UK law.
